Using forces can be a debatable topic for the law enforcement officers as it is a true fact that although using force is inevitable sometimes but there are corrupted officers too who misuses the power to use forces. The matter is a topic of controversy as determining the nee of using forces can be difficult sometimes due the variation of perception.
